Job description

A company is looking for a Data Architect to design and implement a modern data warehouse solution remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of a scalable data warehouse solution using GCP and Snowflake

Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations for large, complex datasets

Define data modeling standards, governance practices, and performance tuning strategies for analytics workloads

Qualifications

6-8+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture roles

Deep expertise in Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub / Sub)

Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL development for enterprise-scale data warehouses

Experience with data governance, security, and performance optimization in cloud environments

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications in GCP or Snowflake preferred
