Location : Fully Remote (Applicants must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NC, SC, and TX)
Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to drive innovation in precision medicine. In this role, you will develop and apply advanced machine learning models to uncover clinical biomarkers, leveraging multi-omics and multi-modal datasets. Your work will directly contribute to breakthroughs in clinical trial insights and patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement generative and deep learning models for clinical biomarker discovery.
- Analyze and integrate multi-omics datasets, including :
- DNA-seq / exome sequencing
- RNA-seq / gene expression
- High-throughput proteomics (e.g., SomaLogic SomaScan)
- Build and maintain multi-omic immunological signature libraries for clinical applications.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to catalog pathway collections and biomarkers.
- Apply foundational and generative models to clinical trial data systems to uncover patterns of response and resistance.
- Lead efforts in employing advanced AI and machine learning for biomarker identification.
