Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Texas state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility and long-term care (Part B) environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health (formerly Rehab Optima) and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Ability to meet a productivity requirement of 90%.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day preferred.
• Dress code: navy blue scrubs while on shift.
