Job Description :

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with Tableau development and data visualization expertise to support the development of an internal lead management application. This application will be utilized by corporate end users, regional / area managers, dealerships, and agency partners to track and optimize lead performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence (BI), and stakeholder engagement, translating business needs into actionable insights and technical solutions.

Top 3 Required Skills :

Tableau Development & Data Visualization - Proven experience designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports for diverse business users.
Business & Data Analysis - Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, leveraging SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Experience working with corporate teams, regional managers, dealerships, and external partners to align data solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the lead management application.

Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for corporate teams, dealerships, and agency partners.

Define and map data sources, data models, and ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.

Conduct data analysis and visualization to support business decision-making and enhance user experience.

Work closely with engineering and data teams to define API requirements, data structures, and reporting capabilities.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security while maintaining compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for application enhancements.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for Tableau dashboards and lead management reports.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience :

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a focus on BI and reporting.

Proficiency in SQL, data integration, and ETL tools.

Experience in automotive, financial services, or lead management systems.

Strong understanding of CRM platforms, lead scoring models, and sales funnel analytics.

Ability to work in Agile / Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with cloud-based BI tools, APIs, and data warehousing solutions.
