Summary :

In this role, you will build, maintain, and deliver on a strategy to support enterprise sales business intelligence (BI) needs. You will lead the identification and management of enterprise BI standards and remain up to date with industry trends to ensure a consistent, effective approach to enterprise data visualization.

Responsibilities :

Provide expertise and insights to internal and external stakeholders to optimize the use of data; aligning automated BI solutions with the data and analytics needs of the company.

Oversee best practices and procedures for data gathering, assessment and quality assurance to ensure timely, quality deliverables for enterprise leaders.

Lead the establishment of Enterprise BI methodologies, standards, processes, templates, and reporting.

Automate analytics where appropriate to achieve faster results and allow more in-depth scalable analytics, in support of our sales and delivery teams.

Identify opportunities for company-wide improvements in the delivery of information services and technology by closely working with key stakeholders across the enterprise.

Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership in sales and delivery to understand data, reporting, and technology needs to drive efficiency in the business.

Build, develop, and coach a team of BI resources, ensuring a model of support that is effective and scalable in addressing enterprise BI needs.

Own strategy, drive performance, and manage and prioritize the development roadmaps for business intelligence team.

Provide input into the development of new CRM functionality to ensure desired outputs including, dashboards and reports are achievable.

Maintain and communicate enterprise BI and metrics, track trends, and ensure data quality and integrity.

Coordinate BI efforts with other teams, review and approve all enterprise dashboards and reports that leverage commercial data.

Collaborate with product service owners to evaluate partnerships with third parties that support strategic direction and goals of the business.

Qualifications :

Relevant degree preferred.

7 or more years of relevant experience required.

Proficiency in data visualization tool PowerBI required.

Proficiency in MS Power Apps preferred.

Ability to apply data visualization principles to a wide variety of deliverables preferred.

Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is desired.

Strong communication and presentation skills preferred.

Experience in project management, including planning, execution and monitoring preferred.

Must provide samples or portfolio demonstrating past work.

Estimated Hiring Range :

117,600.00 - $175,050.00
