Job description
A company is looking for a Database Support Analyst 2 to collect and maintain healthcare provider data while ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and maintain data from state licensing boards across multiple healthcare professions
Utilize internal tracking systems to manage file orders and verify data files for completeness and accuracy
Communicate with state boards to obtain specifications and resolve data issues, while conducting research on healthcare professionals and organizations
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in communications, business, research, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently while collaborating with a team
Background in healthcare credentialing or working with state licensing boards is a plus
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and provider credentialing processes is desirable
