Job descriptionDesign schemas tables indexes and relationships for optimal performance. Define data governance policies standards and best practices. Technology Strategy & Planning : Evaluate and recommend database technologies (Oracle RAC SQL Server AlwaysOn cloud solutions). Plan for high availability scalability and disaster recovery. Performance & Optimization : Collaborate with DBAs and developers for performance tuning. Integration & Security : Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. Collaboration & Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in data modeling PL / SQL T-SQL and performance tuning. Knowledge of ETL processes data warehousing and cloud databases (Azure SQL Oracle Cloud). Additional Skills : Strong understanding of high availability solutions (Oracle RAC AlwaysOn Availability Groups). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience :
