  • Support and enhance specialized and lesser-used ServiceNow capabilities, including BLSP for the organization's public-facing portal
  • Deliver enhancements and new features through Agile user stories while also diagnosing and resolving production incidents within defined service levels
  • Develop and maintain server- and client-side logic using JavaScript and Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, and Flow Designer
  • Track, update, and manage development work in Azure DevOps
  • Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot and resolve defects
  • Participate in code reviews and follow platform development standards, coding best practices, and governance guidelines
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and integrations
  • Collaborate with architects, administrators, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and features and recommend improvements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and supporting multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., CSM, ITSM, SPM, ITOM)
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
