This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an organization that has a strong track record of developing and promoting , field supervisors, owner representatives, and architects to ensure quality and timely project , management teams, and field staff-General Contract and Subcontract administration-Construction scheduling-Material and equipment procurement and expediting-Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination-Project cost review, reporting, updating, and accounting-Creation of RFI documents as needed-Create and maintain project meeting minutes and logs-Review and negotiate change proposal pricing-Change order documentation and associated cost reporting and maintenance-Research and suggest options on construction means, methods, and equipment-Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in the development and management of projects through additional tasks as needed-Other duties as assigned Qualifications-A combination of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management, Building Construction, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer at a GC; or 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer at a GC-Strong technical and administrative skills with the ability to stay organized-Ability to multitask and coordinate work across several facets of a project-Superior written and verbal communication skills-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Sage 300 CRE, and other project-related software-Valid California Driver's License and driving record suitable for company insurance requirements-Excellent time management and organizational skillsLogistics & Benefits-Full-time, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM-Onsite in Bellflower, with travel to worksites as needed-$75,000-$110,000-Auto and phone reimbursements, if applicable-Health insurance-Dental insurance-Vision insurance-401(k) with company matching-PTO-Section 125 Plan and Flexible Spending AccountsHow We Determine What We PayThe company determines compensation using local, national, and industry-specific survey data.
