We are seeking a highly skilled MS Access Database Developer with 5-7 years of experience in building, maintaining, and upgrading MS Access databases. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VBA, SQL Server, and SSIS, with the ability to convert, automate, and optimize databases while ensuring data integrity and performance. The role also involves user support, training, and documentation. Responsibilities
- Convert MS Access Databases : Migrate databases from MS Access 2016 (32-bit) to 2024 (64-bit) while maintaining functionality and integrity.
- Database Automation : Develop and implement complex stored procedures in SQL Server to automate MS Access databases.
- Database Design and Development : Create and maintain tables, queries, forms, reports, and switchboards in MS Access.
- VBA and Macros : Upgrade existing VBA code and develop new macros to enhance database automation and functionality.
- Data Integration : Utilize SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to integrate and transform data from multiple sources.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize database performance for efficient data retrieval and storage.
- User Support and Training : Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Documentation : Develop comprehensive documentation for database structures, processes, and procedures.

The base salary range for this position is $57-67 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
