The Project Manager will be responsible for project management for engineering design for stormwater treatment, roadways, sewers, drainage, and water facilities. Prepare drainage, basis of design, and other related engineering reports. Perform advanced technical, professional, and full performance administrative and supervisory level work. Assists senior management with the company’s current and long-range engineering functions, including preparation, review, and presentation of engineering plans and specifications.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Professional Engineering license / certificate
- 15 years’ experience in civil engineering, of which 10 years must be as a registered professional engineer (private and public works projects and administrative engineering)
- Business development and design standards experience with Federal, State, municipal and private agencies
- Engaged in lifelong learning to maintain knowledge of contemporary issues
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills to work effectively with coworkers, clients, government officials, and community organizations
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and over the telephone
- Ability to articulate ideas and concepts both visually and contextually
- Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other related software
- Versatile and interested in working on a variety of projects
- Self-starter, results oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
- Previous business development experience is a plus
- Experience working in diverse settings with a willingness and ability to occasionally travel
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
SALARY RANGE : $109,800 – $134,550 per year depending on experience
