• Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up on leads to sustain their interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keep detailed and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Enjoy commission rewards based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads

Qualities for success:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A self-motivated and proactive approach you are in charge of your schedule

Your earnings structure:

• Commission for each successful meeting you arrange
