InterVision Company is seeking an exceptional DevOps Manager or Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution of our DevOps strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient application delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader who can articulate complex methodologies to internal and external stakeholders, mentor teams across the organization, and meet billable usage targets while developing and refining DevOps practices.

In addition to expertise in DevOps, this role requires familiarity with modern application development, including React and AWS Lambda functions in multiple programming languages. The ideal candidate will be a well-spoken communicator capable of bridging technical and non-technical discussions with stakeholders and customers.

• Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

AWS Mastery : Extensive experience with AWS core services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).

Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

Some of the exciting work you will encounter :

Drive the refinement and execution of the company’s DevOps roadmap.

Design and optimize CI / CD pipelines for reliable, secure, and efficient software delivery.

Manage AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code tools like CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.

Mentor geographically distributed teams on applying DevOps principles effectively.

Act as a trusted advisor for external stakeholders, communicating technical methodologies and DevOps strategies clearly and effectively.

Manage the company’s code repository strategy, including branching, merging, and versioning practices.

Contribute to billable usage targets by delivering high-value projects for internal and external stakeholders.

Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for system reliability.
