About You :
Versana is looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering squad. The squad’s goal is to manage public cloud, manage and improve DevOps practices and help support Versana’s real-time syndicated loan data platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps practices, cloud-native applications, distributed computing, CI / CD implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate application modernization through DevOps practices and CI / CD toolchain implementation.
- Continually optimize systems and workflows by improving architecture, infrastructure, automation, CI / CD, and observability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure applications are designed with DevOps best practices in mind.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure cloud infrastructure across the entire stack including network, application, and database layers.
- Maintain and enhance disaster recovery strategies and backup procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Participate in weekend release rotation and on-call rotation for production support.
