Our work blends thoughtful UX, technical SEO, and clean engineering so marketing teams can move fast without sacrificing design quality.
We partner with funded startups and growth stage businesses that need their website to drive pipeline. Projects range from full redesigns and Webflow builds to analytics, tracking, and ongoing optimization. Clients count on us for clear communication, tight execution, and results they can see in the numbers.

We're looking for an Executive Assistant (Sales Focus) who's proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership of sales-related operations. You'll be the person who keeps our deals moving, ensures our CRM runs smoothly, and gives leadership the time and space to focus on strategy.
In this role, you will :
- Maintain and manage the deal pipeline in HubSpot
- Research and gather company information for prospecting
- Assist with initial responses to outbound email campaigns
- Help organize, maintain, and optimize HubSpot CRM
- Review and organize the CEO's emails and draft responses when appropriate
- Add custom information to client proposals in PandaDoc
- Provide regular updates during sales stand-up meetings
- ? This is a full-time role, with working hours between 6am and 2pm EST.
