Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to resolve technical and operational challenges. Dedication to understanding client needs, providing personalized support, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and provide updates to stakeholders at all levels. Meticulous attention to detail in executing tasks, documenting processes, and conducting quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of deliverables. Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive communication. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing implementation, customer support, or project management, preferably in a digital marketing or technology company. Proven professional experience applying technical skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, PPC, web development, and CRM systems.. Min 1 years of experience in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM and project management software. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. OBJECTIVES
- Successfully lead and execute advanced implementation tasks for digital marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with project plans and client requirements.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by facilitating smooth transitions, conducting thorough needs assessments, and ensuring clear communication of project scope and expectations.
- Apply technical expertise to configure and optimize digital marketing tools, SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and web development solutions to maximize client success.

- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Fulfillment teams to coordinate efforts, address client needs, and deliver integrated solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide responsive and proactive support to clients post-implementation, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Maintain detailed documentation of implementation activities, client interactions, and project progress.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and best practices to streamline implementation workflows and enhance service delivery capabilities.
