· Compile, analyze, and report EHS key performance indicators (KPIs), including leading and lagging metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

· Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with OSHA standards, Client Golden Rules, site procedures, and best practices.

· Lead or support safety and security incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive action implementation.

· Partner with operations, supervisors, and associates to identify and address workplace hazards and drive proactive safety improvements.

· Participate in safety committees, engagement activities, and site-wide initiatives that reinforce a culture of safety accountability.

· Maintain accurate training, audit, incident, and compliance records.

· Serve as a forklift safety resource by conducting observations, coaching operators, supporting certification activities, and reinforcing safe powered industrial truck practices.

· Provide hands-on operational support when needed, including safely operating forklifts and material handling equipment to support business needs and maintain familiarity with operational processes.

· Ability and willingness to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed to support operations and training activities.

· Experience training, coaching, or certifying forklift operators is highly preferred.

· Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence employees at all levels of the organization.

· Experience developing and delivering effective training programs.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root cause investigation skills.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
