Job Details Description
What We Are Looking For
The engineer will be involved in a variety of engineering tasks from equipment qualification, clean-room certification and design; evaluating new processes for a large laboratory and / or sterile compounding environment.
What You Will Do
- This position will work under the guidance and direction of an experienced engineering and quality team.
- Performs work assignments of limited scope and difficulty designed to provide advanced practical application and experience of theories and principles in the mechanical engineering field.
- Apply the principles of science and mathematics to develop economical solutions to technical problems.
- Review mechanical / electrical portions of engineering designs prepared by
- Architect-Engineer firms for various systems and facilities.
- Demonstrated experience in ISO 14644, CETA cleanrooms Guidance and HVAC systems for controlled environment facilities.
- Perform operations, maintenance, and modifications involving laboratory equipment following Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Write operations, maintenance, repair, and special test procedures.
- Process engineering change orders and technical documentation.
- Provides support in equipment qualification.
- Conduct system testing / validation, troubleshooting / investigating equipment / system failures and interpreting analysis data / technical drawings / schematics to resolve anomalies and provide written corrective action.
- Work shall ensure that facilities operate in a safe and appropriate manner and comply with all federal, state, and local codes / regulations.
- Complies with company policies and all applicable SOPs; complies with ISO 17025, cGMPs, cGLPs and Quality Control Guidelines.
