Entry level machine learning engineer Jobs in Irving, TX

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Onsite for a contract to hire opportunity with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Farmers Branch, TX.

This role leads in the development of cross-functional, multi-platform machine learning software systems. The ideal candidate will utilize technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build, and maintain technology solutions, applying advanced probability and statistics to create intricate machine learning algorithms. This position requires hands-on experience implementing production solutions that leverage generative AI and LLMs within a large team of data scientists and software engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of cross-functional, multi-platform machine learning software systems
• Perform complex application programming activities including, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying machine learning systems
• Provide continuous support of models deployed to production applications
• Conduct internal client consultation to elicit and collect requirements, and communicate and align the technical team toward delivery
• Manage release planning, coordination, and hands-on support throughout release windows
• Work with Data Scientists to understand prototypes and suggest modifications as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of related experience
• Experience implementing production solutions that leverage generative AI and LLMs
• Machine learning model solution design, build, orchestration and implementation
• Experience building solutions with model governance, risk management, and regulatory adherence at top of mind
• Experience with GPT 5.x, Langchain, and RAG / RAGAS

Desired skills:

• Experience in financial services
• Experience with Azure AI Search, AI Agent Service, Document Intelligence, or Content Safety
• Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework or Foundry
• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Arize, Deepeval, ChromaDB, or Langgraph
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team collaboration skills

Pay range: $55.58 - $63.58 per hour
