Alhassani Financial Services is looking for driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to develop valuable sales skills while helping individuals and families find life insurance solutions that fit their needs.
You'll work directly with clients, build meaningful relationships, and take ownership of the sales process from the first conversation through the close.
As a Full-Cycle Sales Representative, you'll manage the customer journey from start to finish. You'll meet with prospective clients, understand their goals, explain available life insurance options, answer questions, and help guide them through the application process.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable having face-to-face conversations, and is motivated by performance-based earning potential.
Meet with clients in their homes to understand their life insurance needs.
Build rapport and establish trust through professional, face-to-face conversations.
Ask thoughtful questions to understand each client's situation and goals.
Explain life insurance products and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
Recommend solutions based on client needs.
Guide customers through the application and closing process.
Manage appointments, follow-ups, and daily sales activities.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
Work toward individual sales goals and continuously improve your skills.
This is a commission-only opportunity designed for motivated sales professionals.
Successful representatives can earn approximately $75,000–$200,000 annually, with additional earning potential based on individual performance.
Your consistency, communication skills, and ability to build strong customer relationships can directly influence your income.
