Job description

Benefits Start Day 1 for Full-Time Colleagues - No Waiting Period!

We are proud to be a member of the Rentokil family of companies, the global leader in Pest Control and other services across more than 90 countries. We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to many of the world's leading brands and serve consumer and business customers across multiple industries. We are extremely proud of our legacy of excellence and constantly work to fulfill our mission to "protect people, enhance lives, and preserve the planet."

Job Summary

As the Senior Manager of Websites & Ecommerce for Rentokil Terminix North America, you are the ultimate custodian of our digital real estate across both Commercial (B2B) and Residential (B2C) markets. You will manage a vast portfolio of multiple brand websites, including Terminix - the world's leading brand in pest control.

You are a visionary, multi-faceted leader who always keeps the buyer experience at the forefront. This role requires a unique balance: you must be highly strategic in defining and delivering a 3-year digital roadmap, yet distinctly hands-on in driving in-year web and e-commerce deliverables. You will act as a powerful spokesperson and digital evangelist, championing the value of our digital strategy to achieve overarching business objectives. By leading diverse teams spanning UX/UI, CRO, Customer Portals, and Web Development, you will ensure our digital presence is not just maintained, but continuously optimized to drive aggressive funnel growth and deliver a frictionless, world-class customer journey.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Roadmap Ownership: Define, build, and deliver the 3-year digital roadmap across all North American websites while simultaneously driving immediate, in-year e-commerce and web deliverables.

  • Brand & Real Estate Custodianship: Oversee the web presence for multiple brands (Commercial and Residential), leading complex, large-scale brand migrations and website consolidations.

E-commerce, UX & CRO Leadership

  • Buyer Experience Champion: Act as the visionary for the digital buyer journey, ensuring a frictionless, intuitive, and highly converting experience from landing page to checkout or lead submission.

  • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor multiple specialized teams: the Commercial Web team, Residential Web team, Customer Portal team, UX/UI team, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team.

  • Conversion & Growth: Drive rigorous CRO methodologies (A/B testing, personalization) using tools like Optimizely to maximize e-commerce revenue and high-quality lead generation.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Advocacy

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner seamlessly with the Owned and Paid Media teams to support top-of-funnel growth, and work in lockstep with the CRM team to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end customer experience post-conversion. Strong partnership with the IT team to work hand in hand to deliver the technical developments required to take the performance of our stack forward. Strong partnership with the residential and commercial categories to align the digital roadmap and priorities to the category strategies and growth plans

  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple, overlapping high-stakes projects (e.g., brand migrations, portal launches, CMS upgrades) ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Digital Evangelism: Serve as a strong, articulate spokesperson for the digital organization. Present digital strategies, performance metrics, and business value to executive leadership and cross-functional partners to secure buy-in and investment.

Key Performance Indicators

  • E-commerce & Lead Growth: Measurable increase in online revenue (e-commerce sales) and high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuous improvement in site-wide conversion rates and micro-conversions.

  • Digital Integration & Migration: Successful, on-time completion of brand migrations and digital consolidations with zero critical downtime.

  • Customer Portal Adoption: Increased usage, login frequency, and self-service resolution rates within the customer portals.

  • Site Performance & Health: Improvements in core web vitals, site speed, and overall UX/UI satisfaction scores.

Required Experience

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing, Web Operations, or E-commerce, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments.

  • Leadership: 4+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary digital teams (Web, UX/UI, CRO).

  • Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore, Magnolia, WordPress), testing/personalization engines (Optimizely), and UX design tools (Figma). Project Management tools (Workfront, Asana, Jira)

  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to balance long-term strategic roadmapping (3-year horizons) with the agile delivery of immediate business needs.

  • Project Management: Strong capability in managing complex digital projects, specifically site migrations, re-platforms, or brand mergers.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and advocacy skills; able to translate complex digital metrics into clear business value for executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing digital strategy within a franchise model, home services, or recurring revenue/subscription business.

  • Advanced knowledge of technical SEO and its relationship with web architecture during site migrations.

  • Agile/Scrum or PMP certification to support complex, multi-team project management.

No sponsorship or OPT available

Base Pay Range $125,300 - $162,800 / year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
