Job descriptionSupervision and Oversight : Supervise the field and office work of junior staff associated with hydrogeological investigations, environmental evaluations, and sampling. Design and Technical Recommendations : Prepare detailed design recommendations for complex or unusual conditions. Leadership and Staff Development : Lead teams with varying responsibilities and tasks. Provide counsel, advice, and in-house training to individual staff. Identify training needs. Project Review and Management : Serve as an initial reviewer on selected projects as well as independently scope and budget projects and prepare proposal documents. A Bachelor's degree in Geology or a closely related technical field A minimum of 8 years of Geology experience A Professional Geologist (PG) license Effective communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) using the English language Outdoor, hands-on work in all weather conditions Traveling out-of-town (typically overnight) for assignments as necessary Working outside of normal business hours when necessary

Your Role : Hands-On, Impactful, and Fast-Paced
