Technical Training And Competency Programs Manager
Executes the technical training and competency programs for the Donor Services whole blood collection, apheresis, and therapeutics areas of the organization.
Responsibilities
The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the duties and responsibilities performed within this classification. - Conducts the designed and approved technical training curriculums and competency programs for all employees working in the Donor Services whole blood collection, apheresis blood collection, and therapeutics blood collections areas of the organization.
- Adheres to and trains all technical staff according to all regulations, GxP's (GMP, GLP, GCP and GTP) and departmental / organizational procedures and policies.
- Keeps updated, accurate, and complete training documentation on all assigned trainees and provides feedback and progress notes to the Lead Trainer and GxP Manager and the employee's direct report as to the employee's development process.
- Performs trainee's competencies following simulation and field training.
- Assists with the execution of staff competencies, SOP changes, audits and retraining.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years' experience in Whole, Apheresis and Therapeutics Blood Collection.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
