  • Partner with event specialists to collectively organize event information, documents, and resources

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify ongoing opportunities for continuous improvement within existing event procedures and planning cycle
  • Provide recommendations on emerging technology trends to corporate event leadership
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in the events industry

Qualifications

  • Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in ambiguous environments
  • Strong project management skills to ensure deadlines are set, communicated, and met by all involved parties
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of event registration fundamentals and ability to anticipate attendee needs
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure event tech functionality, including integrations and IT permissions
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and trust with clients, executives, and business teams
  • Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages while demonstrating patience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work in ambiguous situations while maintaining quality
  • Ability to keep calm and focused demeanor in stressful situations
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as required
  • Work with IT to ensure proper permissions, compliance, and whitelisting for technology platforms
  • Assist with travel management and audits
