Job descriptionBasic electrical knowledge (circuitry, wiring, conduit work) Experience with fire alarm systems : installation, testing, troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings (The client can provide training on this, but being familiar with it is a plus) Familiarity with NFPA codes and local building / fire codes (plus, but not always required if client trains) Knowledge of low-voltage systems Experience using standard hand and power tools Basic understanding of system programming (panels, detectors, strobes, etc.) Minimum experience : 1–2 years Safety : Must follow standard safety protocols (client provides hard hat, etc.) Language : Spanish speakers acceptable, as long as they can communicate with customers Need to have their transportation - own vehicle Ability to travel to different locations inside the state
