Pay Range:

$50.05 - $75.10

Piedmont Orthopedics is a well-respected practicecomprisedof board-certified orthopedic surgeons and a dynamic team of APPs. This position supports expansion efforts across the northeast Charlotte metro areas, includingHuntersville, Concord, and Kannapolis.

As part of Atrium Health MSKI, you will join a nationally recognized musculoskeletal network that includes:

• Orthopedic surgical subspecialists

• Non-operative Sports Medicine physicians

• MSK Physiatry specialists

• A robust sports medicine outreach program

Atrium Health employs100+ Athletic Trainersacross the region, supporting community partnerships with high school and collegiate athletics.

Key Responsibilities- APP Float position in a busy orthopedic practice

• Function as anindependent APP providerwith your own clinic schedule

• Serve asFirst Assist in the Operating Room

• Participate inanoffice call rotationcallpoolrotation.

• Performinpatient roundingas needed

• Collaborate with physicians across multiple specialties including:

• Shoulder

• Hand

• Hip

• Knee

• Support anEstablished Orthopedic Group as a float PAsupportingpatient care needsfor multiple specialties

• Partner with outreach Athletic Trainers for community and sports coverage

Additional Opportunities

• Orthopedic Urgent Care shifts

• Sideline coverage for high school and community athletic programs

• Sports Medicine and special event coverage

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accreditedPhysician Assistant program

• Valid North Carolina licensure(or eligible)

• DEA license(or eligible)

Preferred:

• Prior orthopedic experience

• NCCPA certification
