Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient exams and evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and review of relevant records / imaging.
• Order and review diagnostic imaging as medically indicated.
• Develop and implement multidisciplinary treatment plans for efficient and effective patient care.
• Educate patients on the benefits of ongoing therapy, diagnosis, care options, chiropractic care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Provide chiropractic care through manual manipulations, therapies, modalities, and collaborate with PTs to create rehabilitation programs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EHR systems.
• Coordinate daily care with other providers, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
