Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Maximo Mobile Solutions Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and support mobile solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with diverse teams, including project managers, business analysts, and system administrators, ensuring project success and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architectural framework for Maximo Application Suite (MAS) mobile solutions, focusing on customization, configuration, and integration.
• Develop technical specifications that align with client business processes, clearly outlining the development pathway for requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on MAS Mobile application functionality, workflows, data structures, and interfaces.
• Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to MAS Mobile and related applications.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Maximo enhancements to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Maximo Mobile Developer or Technical Architect, specializing in IBM Maximo EAM and/or IBM Maximo Application Suite products.
• Strong knowledge of Maximo architecture, including configurations for application servers, database structures, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, XML, and web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in customizing Maximo using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), automation scripting, and Java-based solutions.
• Expertise in integrating mobile and desktop components through APIs.
• Familiarity with Maximo Application Suite Mobile Solution.
• Ability to configure mobile UI using XML and Graphite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze intricate issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Maximo certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Additional skills/qualifications that are highly desirable:

• Familiarity with Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Understanding of cloud computing or certifications from AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, images, containers, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Awareness of DevOps and related tools (Ansible and Jenkins).
