Organizational Background

InTulsa Initiative, LLC is participating in the initiative known as "Tulsa For You and Me," which is a collection of Talent Attraction and Economic Growth programs building a vibrant and inclusive city through a booming economic landscape for Tulsa. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be the technical lead for integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and key enterprise applications (Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey, JIRA, Mogli, and others). You will architect end-to-end data flows, build custom development solutions, and ensure systems work seamlessly to support talent pipelines, marketing campaigns, participant engagement, and organization-wide reporting.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex system challenges, building maintainable solutions, and shaping best practices in a rapidly evolving environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations across key business systems.
  • Develop robust data pipelines using Salesforce APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier), or custom integration frameworks.
  • Implement monitoring, error handling, and alerting for all integrations.
  • Enforce data governance policies and ensure data quality across platforms.
Technical Leadership & Support
  • Document architecture, system design, integration patterns, and development standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause resolution.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce releases, HubSpot updates, and integration technologies; recommend and lead improvements.
