HORNE, a national professional services firm, is seeking a skilled OnBase Developer to join our Intelligence and Automation group. In this fully remote role, you will be part of a collaborative team delivering internal and client-facing applications that support high-impact programs across the country. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting case management solutions using OnBase WorkView and integrations with external systems .
We’re looking for someone who combines deep OnBase expertise with strong development and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with WorkView configuration, workflow automation, and integrations using languages such as C#, Java, Python, or .
Work Hours & Collaboration
We work with clients across multiple time zones and value team members who can support later-day collaboration windows.
- Eastern / Central Time Zones : Standard business hours are acceptable, but preference will be given to candidates open to slightly later shifts (, 10 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM or 1 : 00 PM–10 : 00 PM ET).
- Mountain / Pacific / Hawaii Time Zones : A standard 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM local schedule overlaps well with our project needs.
