The Master of Counseling program at OSU-Cascades, is seeking a Counseling Program Director. This is a part-time (0.30FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.
The Counseling Program Director is a 0.30 FTE position responsible for the strategic leadership, academic oversight, and operational supervision of the Master of Counseling (MCOUN) program at OSU-Cascades. This position plays a critical role in shaping the program’s direction, ensuring academic excellence, maintaining accreditation, and cultivating strong faculty and community relationships.
Working closely with the Academic Program Coordinator and track leads, the Director provides high-level guidance while delegating operational and administrative responsibilities appropriately. In alignment with CACREP standards, the Counseling Program Director works with the Academic Program Coordinator and track leads to coordinate the MCOUN program, respond to inquiries regarding the MCOUN program, and provide input and recommendations regarding the development of budget and expenditures.
