Job Description
Support the delivery and operationalize Market-fit Capabilities across APLA Territories and Countries.
Targeted Communications, which includes the Communication Platform, is a real-time targeted marketing solution that delivers in the moment personalized experiences across all channels, globally for all consumers. This role will work closely with WHQ and Territory Marketing and Member Growth teams to be their advocate driving process work and defining requirements for future market-fit solutions.
They will track requests from discovery through prioritization and then on Product Roadmaps thru delivery including testing and training in territory as the products / features are rolled out. It is critical the gap between teams in territory, at WHQ, and in Product are bridged; without this resource there is the risk that local requirements in will not be considered and platforms delivered will not provide value which would diminish adoption.
This person will be the APLA champion, ensuring the scaled solutions provide value for the Territories.
