Head Start Health Care Assistant

Your central location would be at 3000 W. Haun Dr., West Jordan, UT, with a Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm (on-site) schedule. About the Role

You will connect families, health care providers, and program staff to ensure that children receive necessary health education and services while meeting performance standards and regulations. Key responsibilities of the position include :

• Coordinate health services for children and families
• Implement health care plans and manage medication needs
• Track immunizations and ensure screenings are completed
• Collaborate with community partners for dental and physical exams
• Train staff on health procedures, CPR, and First Aid
• Document health services using ChildPlus
