Position Summary : Lead, manage, and supervise all personnel, systems, and off-campus facilities for the Hospitality Management programs at Johnson County Community College (JCCC), including overseeing compliance with local, state, and professional education accreditation agencies.
Required Qualifications :
- First-level manager.
- Master's degree and teaching experience (industry or academic) in one of the core areas of the program required.
- Manages the activities of supervisors and / or individual contributors.
- Responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
- Broad knowledge of the field with demonstrated leadership skills.
