Job description

Web & Email Marketing Specialist

VALiNTRY is seeking a Web & Email Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across web, email, and customer engagement platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and marketing aspects of digital execution and takes pride in delivering a seamless online customer experience. Pay: $24.00$25.00 per hour (W-2) with Right to Hire Directly at 6 months. For exceptional candidates with highly relevant experience or specialized technical skills, compensation above the listed range may be considered. If your background aligns well with the role, we'd love to hear from you.

Website Management

  • Build and maintain landing pages, web pages, podcast pages, pop ups, forms, and other website content using approved designs and marketing content.
  • Implement website updates and enhancements in collaboration with internal technology teams.
  • Execute website tracking implementations using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
  • Test website functionality, responsiveness, and user experience before publishing.
  • Monitor website quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support website reporting and performance metrics.

Email Marketing

  • Build, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Create and maintain customer journeys, audience segmentation, and automated workflows.
  • Monitor email deliverability and recommend improvements to campaign performance.
  • Implement campaign tracking and analytics.
  • Test email rendering across desktop, mobile, and major email clients.
  • Produce campaign performance reports and recommendations.

Digital Operations

  • Troubleshoot website, email, and marketing platform issues.
  • Investigate rendering, tracking, functionality, and deliverability concerns.
  • Maintain exceptional quality control across all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Research technical issues and provide recommendations to leadership.

Third Party Marketing Platforms

  • Maintain content across marketing and customer engagement platforms.
  • Implement customer journeys, forms, and digital workflows.
  • Support integrations between marketing platforms and internal systems.
  • Ensure a consistent digital experience across all customer touchpoints

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Two or more years of experience supporting digital marketing, website administration, or email marketing.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing automation platform.
  • Experience with website content management systems such as Shopify, WordPress, Salesforce Experience Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and digital campaign tracking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience testing websites and emails across browsers, devices, and operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building customer journeys and marketing automation workflows.
  • Experience supporting CRM or marketing platform integrations.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
  • Experience with digital analytics and conversion tracking.
