Overview :
Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our client’s Human Resources operations on a 6-month contract. This individual will assist with onboarding, HRIS data management, reporting, and employee engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and company policies
- Prepare offer letters and process employment changes in the HRIS
- Manage onboarding and preboarding tasks, including I-9 completion and E-Verify submissions
- Submit termination and payroll requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Collect and submit receipts and invoices for processing
- Administer the tuition reimbursement program and track associated documentation
- Facilitate new hire orientation (PowerPoint deck provided)
- Maintain the employee engagement platform (Amplify), including uploading recognition points
- Collaborate with the remote engagement committee to coordinate virtual recognition and wellness initiatives
- Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports and support audits, surveys, and data requests
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data accuracy across all tasks
