Career Growth
Many of our leaders started in the field and advanced into roles such as Lead Electrician, Field Supervisor, and Operations Leadership. Typical timeline to Journeyman is 2–4 years depending on experience and licensing progress.
Responsibilities
Most work involves residential service, helping homeowners diagnose and repair electrical issues, with occasional remodel work.
Work Environment
Apprentices ride with experienced electricians to job sites and may work with different electricians as schedules require. Occasionally apprentices may drive a company vehicle.
Qualifications
Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. The franchisee sets their own compensation and benefits. All inquiries about employment, benefits, scheduling and compensation at this franchise should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Mister Sparky Corporate.
