The Opportunity :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to provide inventory and administrative support to our on-site leadership team. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, and communication with the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate inventory records through consistent data entry and tracking

Support site leadership with reporting, documentation, and compliance tasks

Utilize Capstone systems and Microsoft Office tools to input and manage operational data

Coordinate inbound / outbound communication with the corporate office (mail, documentation, etc.)

Prepare reports and assist in analyzing inventory discrepancies or trends

Ensure office area is organized, clean, and well-maintained

Perform other administrative duties as needed to support site success

What Success Looks Like :

High attention to detail and a knack for organizing data

Confident using computers, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment

Takes initiative and works well independently

Can prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable walking through warehouse environment and sitting / standing for extended periods

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in inventory, logistics, or office administration is a plus
