National Accounts Manager - Residential Builders
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Accounts Manager for our Builder Channel to develop, grow and lead our Single Family Residential Builder segment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling on and developing strategic Residential Builder and distributor partnerships, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective profitable programs through various sales channels. Position requires effective communication and high collaboration within the organization.
The goal is to develop programs that generate sales from regional builders, custom home builders and national builders!
Location : Remote anywhere in the US. This is National role, but ideally we are looking for someone in Georgia, Florida Texas, Carolinas, or Arizona, but open to anywhere in the US for the person.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Builder Strategy Development : Develop and implement builder strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue growth. Role will call on builders directly and distributors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and target accounts.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Ability to create and develop Partnership programs and agreements that secure long term business arrangements.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to ensure builders and distributors are well-informed about product offerings.
- Sales Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze sales performance metrics across channels by distributors and builders.
- Work with outside sales agencies and regional sales managers to generate customer opportunities with builders and distributors.
- Marketing Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored for builder and distributor partners.
- Collaboration within the entire organization with all functional departments including but not limited to Product development, Finance, credit, marketing, customer service and operations on a weekly basis.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Prepare regular reports on channel performance, trends, competitive positioning and budget adherence.
- Implement a category strategy, based on the business needs.
- Review quarterly category business plans based on detailed analysis of previous results and market trends.
- Travel 50% - 60% of time.
- Position reports into the Vice President- Residential Sales.
- Other duties as assigned.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience. Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
