Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Loader. This position will be responsible for safety loading parts onto a moving production line.  This position if for 3rd Shift - Sun thru Fri, 7 : 30 pm to 4 am.

What you will be doing :

• Safety, quality, priorities above all
• Focus on the keeping the mill operational
• Maintain clean, safe ,organized work area, 5S
• Assist in the change over processes of the mill.
• TPM of process and equipment in the area
• Coordinate daily and weekly activities with department supervisor
• Perform visual quality checks for straightness, galv integrity, length to meet quality requirements
• Able to work with maintenance hands on to get issues resolved in a timely manner
• Focus on mill production efficiency, problem resolution, cost saving opportunities.
