Job descriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing & Fulfillment Specialist to manage customer orders from entry through shipment.Approximately 80% of this position is focused on entering, reviewing, processing, and tracking orders using our accounting/ERP software. The remaining 20% includes customer communication, shipment coordination, documentation, and general office support.This is a hands-on, transaction-focused role for someone who enjoys working with detailed order information, maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring that orders move through the fulfillment process correctly and on time.The ideal candidate is comfortable spending most of the workday processing orders in an accounting or ERP system.
