Position Summary : Caremark LLC, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Scottsdale, AZ : Manager, Quality Measurement & Analytics to manage a portfolio of analytic projects involving multiple business partners supporting Business Intelligence (BI) tool development, advanced analytics, and machine learning projects and data integration projects, all of which will support the operational effectiveness and excellence of different business units through data driven decision-making. Job duties : analyze industry and technology trends and conduct ad-hoc analyses of customer level data to address key business questions and unlock insights that drive value for the business by using statistical techniques to create relevant benchmarks, identify outliers and summarize the data to recommend action using a variety of tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, PowerBI, SSIS packages / jobs; provide end-to-end support of new and existing analytical work products including identifying project deliverables and timelines, defining the business problem, generating hypotheses, developing the analytic methodology, summarizing findings, compiling business recommendations, and presenting findings to leadership team; construct and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) or written reports of analytic findings in a variety of formats including reports, PowerPoint Presentations (PPT), and data visualizations using Tableau / PowerBI; formulate recommendations to support management analytics and key quality initiatives, and effectively present data-driven insights to stakeholders to support the evolution of government quality programs; apply creativity to develop analytic solutions based on available data sources, and in representing analytic findings in reports, tools, and other media to support most effective translation and application of internal and external customers; develop data visualizations and business intelligence (BI) dashboards, including self-service BI for non-technical audiences, by leveraging knowledge of the software development life cycle to design new analytical models, datamarts, reports, and dashboards; gather and organize information from business users on business requirements and document technical specifications; utilize statistical analyses to evaluate scenarios and make predictions on future outcomes to solve complex business problems and support decision-making; and conduct or coordinate appropriate testing of analytic solutions to ensure results are consistent with defined business requirements. • Requirements : Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following : Data analysis for health care industry, products, or systems; Programming in R or Python; SAS or SQL programming languages; Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau; MicroStrategy Production Support; Managing business intelligence projects, including coordinating cross functional initiatives across diverse departments and ensuring that contributions are integrated into overall delivery; Presenting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership through the full suite of Microsoft Office products; Maintaining project documentation including design documents, project requirements, and user acceptance and post-production test plans; and Analytics experience within the retail and / or healthcare industries.

Pay Range : $86133.00 / year to $100000.00 / year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
