Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Medical Office Specialist for our Menifee location. This position is r esponsible for overall functioning of the medical office. Duties include but not limited to :

• Maintains a cordial and courteous relationship with patients. Always greets patients with a smile.
• Schedule, cancel and reschedule patient visits based on established guidelines.
• Check in / check out process. Assists providers to stay on schedule. Alerts patients of delays.
• Insurance authorizations. Ensures that all patient charts are prepared with the utmost accuracy.
• Reviews patient registration forms for accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Work schedule is Monday 11 : 30a, - , Sat / Sun 8 : 45am - 5 : 00pm. Schedule may change based on business needs.
• Must attend mandatory meetings.
