We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Microsoft Consultant in the financial services industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Sr. Microsoft Consultant, your main role will be to develop and implement an automated due diligence solution using Microsoft Copilot, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a solution using Microsoft Copilot that automates the extraction and processing of crucial due diligence information.
- Utilize Dataverse to enhance the functionality of Copilot, facilitating the structured storage and retrieval of data.
- Construct robust workflows using Power Automate to automate the transfer of data generated by Copilot into the Dataverse database.
- Provide comprehensive training and documentation to the internal team so they can effectively maintain and scale the implemented solution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand due diligence workflows and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the automated solution.
- Demonstrate the efficacy and efficiency of the automated solution to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
- Proven expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Demonstrable experience in Change Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
- Relevant certification or degree in IT, Business, or similar field is preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
