Operations Support Intern
The Operations Support Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our non-profit counseling center. This internship offers hands-on experience in client management, grant billing, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to our mission of providing compassionate support to families and individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities :
- Grant Billing Support :
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and review grant billing reports.
- Assist in tracking grant expenditures and ensuring that all billing is completed in accordance with grant requirements.
- Maintain organized records of grant-related expenses and documentation.
- Administrative and Operational Support :
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Contribute to special projects as needed, including outreach initiatives, event planning, and policy review.
- Learning and Development :
- Participate in regular meetings with the Director of Operations to review progress and receive feedback.
- Engage in professional development opportunities provided by the center to enhance understanding of non-profit operations and management.
