What You Will Be Doing
At Helion, you will play a critical role in supporting the employee experience while ensuring our People systems and processes scale with the company. You'll partner across People Ops, Finance, and other teams to keep core programs running smoothly, maintain data integrity, and help build a strong foundation for growth. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Senior People Operations Manager at our Everett, WA office.
You Will :
- Partner with the People Ops team to deliver company-wide programs including performance reviews, engagement surveys, onboarding, and benefits
- Be a key contact for employees, resolving questions on HR systems, benefits, payroll, and People processes with care
- Support daily HRIS administration and related systems (onboarding, performance, benefits portals), ensuring data accuracy and smooth operations
- Maintain compliance in employee records and reporting (I-9s, verifications, audits, and benefit filings) with a high standard of confidentiality
- Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into People data for leaders and teams
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and implement process improvements that scale with the company

This is a non-exempt hourly role.
Hourly Pay Rate
$32 - $38 USD
