We make no guarantee that a candidate will grow into a leadership position however; we will do our due diligence to provide the necessary resources and feedback that will enable and expedite the candidates growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
All candidates will start as either a front counter or a kitchen team member and will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position at an accelerated pace * Must be available to work 30+ hours a week * Complete our Leadership Fundamentals course * A positive attitude * A hunger to grow * A desire to work hard toward serving others * A love for people * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work and move with a sense of urgency * Basic mathematical skills * Ability to lift up to 45 pounds * Maintain a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance * Pass our food handler safety course before working * Must be available to Lead PM Operations (2pm-10pm)
