Manufacturing Engineer / Project Manager
-Location: Camarillo, CA
-Pay: $70-100k/year DOE
*Must have manufacturing experience, be able to read engineering drawings and blueprints, strong Excel*
-We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Manufacturing Engineer / Project Manager to oversee customer projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a go-getter who enjoys working directly with customers, managing multiple priorities, and keeping projects moving forward in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling approximately 40–50 customer projects at various stages, each with different timelines, priorities, and customer needs. Some projects may be highly complex, while others require more hands-on customer communication and coordination.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
• Manufacturing or project management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
• Ability to manage customers effectively.

• Own and manage customer projects from initial communication through completion and shipment
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company
