Job Details Responsibilities: Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures, including emergency breakdowns. Support the installation, commissioning, and modification of production equipment and facility systems. Perform electrical and controls troubleshooting (PLC/HMI) as needed. Assist with fabrication, equipment modifications, and minor engineering changes. Oversee maintenance programs including preventive maintenance, inspections, and root cause analysis. Plan and execute capital and non-capital projects including scope, cost estimation, and timelines. Provide engineering support including basic CAD drawings, specifications, and modifications. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure that all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and safely. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on maintenance and/or facilities engineering experience within the manufacturing industry. Proven experience with equipment specifications, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Experience with PLC/HMI troubleshooting and diagnostics. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures. Experience with capital and non-capital project planning and execution. Proficiency with CAD software preferred.
