Armed Patient Watch Security Officer (Flexible)

Swing Shift : 2 PM - 10 PM Graveyard : 10 PM - 6 AM

This position requires possession of a CA state issued Guard Card and / or a Exposed Firearm Permit.

Position Overview : The Armed Patient Watch Security Officer is responsible for providing discreet, professional security services in sensitive healthcare environments. This role involves safeguarding patients, staff, and property while maintaining strict confidentiality and respecting patient privacy. The position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate varying client needs and shifts.

Key Responsibilities : Provide armed security presence to deter unauthorized access and ensure a secure environment. Observe and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns discreetly, respecting patient privacy. Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary. Enforce facility policies, including privacy and confidentiality protocols, in compliance with legal standards such as HIPAA. Maintain accurate incident reports and security logs, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Collaborate with healthcare staff, property management, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as needed. Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times to foster a secure environment. Adapt to varying shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and short-notice assignments, to meet client needs.

Hiring bonus :

The bonus is paid as follows : $600.00 on 90 days of continuous employment.
