A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II. Key Responsibilities Process and audit payroll for multiple pay groups, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding payroll matters and maintain accurate payroll records Perform retroactive compensation changes and ensure proper administration of garnishments and direct deposits Required Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred, or equivalent experience Two to four years of professional experience in payroll or accounting-related duties Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and ADP Smart Compliance required Working knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing regulations Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll processing software
